Because much of our background is grounded in commercial construction we take a different look at residential construction. Whether the project is a bathroom, kitchen, or basement renovation, or even an addition or ground up home; we are the experts and will take the proper steps to ensure an experience with the least amount of stress. We often hear about projects that have surprises that lead to extended timelines or higher than anticipated costs. Because we are the builder, it is our role to absorb the burden of these situations. The reality is, if our clients wanted the headache that is associated with construction, they could just build the project without us. For all of our projects, we conduct a thorough discovery process to ensure we understand the vision for the project. We use that information to ensure that pricing represents value in alignment with the vision. Once we find we are in agreement with our clients we move on to the design phase. Design may be a simple sketch or include fully rendered 3D drawings; whatever is appropriate for the project. All material selections will be clearly documented and implemented after approval. A Custom Schedule will be prepared and agreed to with durations for each scope of work. The Schedule will be updated throughout the project as work is completed and it will inlclude all work, inspections and other critical activities. Projects will be permitted where required and only qualified subcontractors will be utilized on the projects. Quality control starts on Day 1 and does not cease through the duration of the work. At Sagax, work is only complete when it is actually complete and our clients are satisfied.
